Why A Healthy DNA is Key to A Healthy Immune System.

Our Body's Arsenal for the Immune System are the Antibodies and Natural Killer T Cells. These are made of protein.

A stable DNA produces the correct proteins. Weak, compromised DNA means the proteins it produces are weak and compromised.

Our DNA is made up of molecules called Nucleotides. Nucleotides are organic molecules tha serve as the building blocks of DNA and RNA.

Some studies have shown that Nucleotide Deficiency leads to Genomic Instability which may affect our overall health. These mutations can include changes in nucleic acid sequences, chromosomal rearrangements or aneuploidy.]

As we age our bodies capability to produce its required supply of nucleotides degrades or diminishes. Thus to ensure we have sufficient supply Nucleotide supplementation is an important step.

DNA damage in Neurons causes cognitive problems needing DNA Repair

From an article from NewAtlas.Com, it talks about a study done in MIT on DNA damage to Neurons.

It shows that in an experiment with mice where they engineered mice to have a deficiency in HDAC1 enzyme, their capability to do DNA repair to damage neurons decreases as they age. So in a control group of mice with once group having deficiency in HDAC1 and the others have normal levels of HDAC1, during their youth there was no noticeable difference, but as they aged there is where the problem manifested itself.  You can read the full article at NewAtlas.com, they have a wealth of articles that you can explore.
